Lumin's logistics and customer service team visited the Technological University of Uruguay (UTEC) in Rivera

-During the visit they (UTEC) spoke about the importance that forestry companies, located in the northern part of the country, have for UTEC and emphasized the opportunity that Lumin has given them to work together on research and development projects such as the repair of a Lumin seeder that was made in the UTEC laboratories. UTEC showed interest in generating these instances since students are given the opportunity to investigate and solve real problems that have an impact on the region, achieving a high-tech solution to the challenge presented.

-We were able to learn about the study plan for the Logistics Engineering and Control and Automatic Engineering degrees.

- They told us about the awards that UTEC students have won in international competitions for their brilliant performances.

- UTEC expressed its interest in continuing to collaborate with Lumin due to the importance and development that Lumin has for the development of the sector in the region.
