LUMIN® panels are certified by the United States' TPI Agency (Timber Products Inspection, INC.) in compliance with the standards required by the PS1 standard, and certified by BM Trada agency BS EN 13986 for compliance standards in UK and Element Agency EN 13986 for compliance standards in Europe. They also comply with the E1 standard for European pollutant emissions, adhere to the air quality standards required by the California Air Resource Board (CARB) and with the formaldehyde emission required by the USA EPA TSCA Title VI.

This investment introduces an optimal system for the automatic repair of panels made from various wood types, including pine and eucalyptus. A scanner identifies and records the nature, size, and location of imperfections, directing this information to four designated repair stations. The transport system's precise alignment ensures that each defect is milled and/or filled exactly where necessary, leading to considerable reductions in putty and polyurethane use. A dynamic control system coordinates the repair modules with the vacuum conveyor, allowing the repair stations to swiftly address the detected defects. Panels are securely held by suction cups on the transport system, which only releases them after the repair is complete.
A highly responsive control system enables the synchronization of repair modules with the vacuum conveyor, allowing repair stations to rapidly move to the location of the defects.
